You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at email@example.com . The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Trendevr is not liable for any damages in transit.
**In case of any returns, customer would be liable to pay shipping charges.
Trendevr provides hassle-free procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues (only) or not what you ordered.
Credit for returns will be refunded once they arrive in our warehouse office and after inspected by operation and the VM Team. Your refund request and credit will be processed within maximum of 72 hours from the date we have confirmed you that the return is acceptable.
Trendevr accepts the returns on Size Issues Only for apparel.
We must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date item was delivered to you. Items must be unused, not altered, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments and gift boxes.
•No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on garments items:
•If the return is due to a sizing or fit issue (on apparel only), it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay for return shipping as per actual and arrange the same. However, If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will arrange for a return that will allow you to return the items without having to pay for delivery charges.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you must notify us within 2 working days from the date you receive your product. To return an item, the customer must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the item for return and the return reason. A prompt response is assured to such mails. We will arrange for return shipping of your order and will coordinate you to arrange for pickup. Please bear in mind that it may take 2 - 7 working days for the product to reach our Order Processing Center. If Trendevr is not satisfied with the product received for any reason we may provide you with the option to exchange at our sole discretion or we reserve the right to reject the return. If we reject the return, we will send the item back to you at no cost.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the Trendevr.com
However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All refunds will be made out through cheques.
Please Note: Trendevr will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
