Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Incase of physical damage, warranty, gaurantee or other replacement condition of the product transportation charges will not be provided by the company. The same must be bear by the customer himself.

· Any user can cancel the order any time till the order status remains “pending” or “on review” only.
· Only registered customer can cancel the order but order cancel option is not available with guest checkout.
Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
There are two method to get the refund by customer.
- Refund in Wallet : Customer will get the full refund amount in wallet without any deduction and can be used for further shopping with us. The refund will be made only in the condition when customer can fulfill the refund policy requirements. Processing time 24 hours.
- Back to Source(Refund in Bank Account) : In case customer wants to get the refund amount back to the source (Bank Account), there will be a deduction of 3% of the transactional value. Processing time 5-10 working days.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
· After successful cancellation of any order, refund will done within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
To avail certain services on our Websites, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process namely: – a) your name, b) email address, c) sex, d) age, e) PIN code, f) credit card or debit card details g) medical records and history h) sexual orientation, i) biometric information, j) password etc., and / or your occupation, interests, and the like. The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience.
All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve its services (including advertising services) and for developing new services
